Powdercoated steel, especially galvanized steel like ours, provides a smooth, tough finish.
Powdered and plasticised paint is applied electrostatically to the part which is then cured in an oven.
While in the oven, the paint chemically bonds and crosslinks to itself providing a very tough and beautiful finish.
All without hazardous liquids or solvents.
The Powdercoating industry as a whole is far more friendly to the environment, which we appreciate while living Up North.
